UK Charges Breakdown: 

For both licenced and antique firearms, pairs will be priced as 2 firearms and any firearm in a case will have a £45.00 Surcharge.

The UK Charges include:
– Packing
– Storage
– Transport from Chordline Ltd to London Heathrow Airport (LHR)
– Export Documentation 
– ATF Import Permit Application 
– Airfreight to Dulles International Airport (IAD) in the USA.
– Regular collections from Holts Auctioneers Ltd are included; however, special trip charges for other collection addresses may apply if necessary.

Insurance is Minimum £30.00 or 1.5% of Value of Item For shipments valued up to GBP 2,500 Excess will be GBP 250. For shipments valued between £2,501 – £5,000 Excess will be £500. For shipments valued between GBP 5,001 to GBP 50,000 Exces will be £1500.00 – The deductible is further increased to 10% of sum insured in respect of theft, pilferage &\or non-delivery. If you will want to Insure your goods, we will need a deposit of £30.00

UK Charges for Licensed Firearms:

First Item: £350.00
Second Item: £260.00
Additional Items: £160.00 each (items over 50 inches or heavy rifles may incur additional charges).
Accessories: £50.00 (Depending on size)

UK Charges for Antiques:

First Item: £260.00
Additional Items: £160.00 each (items over 50 inches or heavy rifles may incur additional charges).

US Charges Breakdown:

Duty and Customs Fee: Merchandise Processing Fee of 0.4% applies on necessary items, calculated by HS code. For invoices over $800 USD, there is a customs broker fee of $150.00 per invoice.

Tariff Deposit: Due to increased U.S. import tariffs, all applicable duties and charges will be invoiced in advance of shipping to ensure sufficient funds are available for timely customs clearance.

Domestic Shipping within the USA: From Arlington, Virginia, to your U.S. address via UPS (packing fees may apply). Pricing depends on the destination, parcel dimensions, and weight, and will be quoted after customs clearance.

Insurance: UPS covers up to $100.00 USD by default. For full coverage, we can arrange third-party insurance through Parcel Pro upon request.

Laser Marking: Some firearms will require laser marking at £20 per gun. We can arrange this if needed.

Processing Timeline: For items requiring an ATF import permit expect a processing period of 60 days before shipping.
